Curtiss Ryan is a terrific dealership. My wife and I bought her 2013 Honda Fit new in 2014. Ed Blauvelt in the sales department gave us a great deal. Since then we've brought it in for service twice, both times for air-bag related recalls. The service department folks are very friendly, courteous, and efficient. They finished the vehicle earlier than they had estimated both times. Their waiting area is very bright and clean with ample coffee available. Ed Blauvelt was recommended to me by a family friend and wow I am I glad I was connected to Ed at Curtiss Ryan! There were several local Honda dealers closer to my house but I made the drive to Shelton to purchase my HR-V! After meeting Ed the first time I knew he was going to work with me to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I had to get a "c" service for my Ridgeline. It is pretty expensive. I asked about what the service involve and why it was so expensive. I left understanding what was happening, why it was important and feel good about spending the money. I have 160,000 on this vehicle and have spent very little money on it. Suspect it will go right past 200,000.

He never once was pushy or overbearing and instead, was respectful of both my time and finances. Our experience has been so comfortable and easy . Our salesman, Joe Riggsbee was not pushy or overpowering. I always hated car shopping and told him that when we first walked in the showroom. But, I soon forgot my apprehension as he made us feel like old friends. He was so patient as we made a few blunders on our side, but helped everything to come together. Head to Curtiss Ryan! I bought a new Mercury in 1978, which had nightmare problems. Had to replace it after a short time, but could only afford a Honda; probably the most unforeseen car experience for me. Management at that time was way ahead of other dealers, in that they were most interested in customer care at a time that it was not really a popular approach. Many, many Hondas later I can only say they got better, as did their cars. If you need a car, and want a good price, and a dealer whos stands behind the vehicles, visit Curtiss ryan.
