Whenever I come I am greeted warmly and service is always completed in a very timely fashion. I find the pricing is fair and I always get answers to my questions. There are a lot of dealerships in my area but I have been driving approximately 40 miles to Curtiss Ryan for the past 20 years. Jim Cossette has taken such great care of my 2015 Honda. This is my 4th Honda I've purchased from him and I don't mind the ride for service because I trust Jim. He is very knowledgeable and caring and always makes my trip pleasant.
When going in for service and/or repairs, you can be guaranteed a short wait time, friendly and considerate personnel, thorough service and reliability of their staff.
The people at Curtiss Ryan are polite and knowledgeable. The service was done quickly and correctly. The shuttle service is a great option.I will be back!

Heard this weird noise coming from the front end of the car. We were 5 minutes from Curtis Ryan, so we decided to stop They were very busy, but "D" fit us in. They found the problem but I was scheduled for an oil change and was having cooling issues with A/C. They recharged A/C, fixed the noise problem, changed my oil and found a nest in the passenger filter. They did it all while we waited. Have been servicing my Hondas there since 2002. GREAT HONDA DEALER.

I cannot put into words the wonderful experience I had at Curtiss Ryan Honda recently, but I’ll try. I’ve driven 6 different brands of cars and have purchased or leased both new and used cars in the past. What I have never had before, is a GREAT experience when purchasing a car....that is until I went to Curtiss Ryan Honda. From the moment I entered the dealership, to the moment I drove away in my brand new car, I was treated like I was the only person in the store and that my personal satisfaction was the salesman’s only job. Jim (Cossette) and Bob (Demarco) were not only professional but absolutely great guys to work with. While very knowledgable about the full line of Honda automobiles, it was their genuine desire to get to know me while working with me that set them apart from ANY other salesmen that I have ever dealt with. Service area rep that I had was a delight. She was very nice & kind.. she had great customer service. Five stars for her. Curtiss Ryan has a company, itself needs to do better. They should offer customers more deals when they bring in there car for service. Curtiss Ryan does a great deal of business, in which it should offer there customers more. Curtiss Ryan, has a dealer, I would have to give it two starts, right now.
