I booked my appointment online using the Curtiss Ryan website. I easily found a convenient time slot, and I was able to see recommended service items for my particular situation. I added my choice of items to my service order and in about five minutes had finished booking my appointment. The actual appointment turned out to be quite easy as well. It was a very short wait to check in with a service manager, then a reasonable and relaxing time in a pleasant waiting area. After I was notified my car was ready it was less than ten minutes later that I was out the door and on my way. So easy!

This is my second car buying experience here and it was as smooth as the first one. Jim and Tony explained all the bells and whistles of the car I was looking at as well as the pricing options. I was offered a test drive on the car as well. I had shopped around, including the online pricing of Curtiss Ryan and when I came back, Jim informed me that the lower price was the new offer and I accepted. There was no haggling or anything, just here it is. I signed on Monday and I drove home with my car Saturday. The delay was mine as I work during the week. The car was ready Wednesday as they had to locate the color I wanted. Saturday in the middle of a Nor'easter Jim took the time to explain the car feature to me in my car, make sure I understood everything, set my radio stations for me and made sure all my questions were answered. I had my new insurance and registration handed to me before I left. What a great experience!

Glenn was fabulous. He made everything happen smoothly and was patient and helpful. Norm was up front and very friendly. I NEVER felt pressured. I was told inside of 1.5 Touring Accord was IDENTICAL to 2.0 Touring Accord. This was Not the case. The 2.0 had the Push Button Gear selector and the 1.5 had the Normal Stick Gear selector. This would probably not made a difference in my selection but it was a little shocking on the way to sign deal and pick up car I was describing car to my brother and I mentioned the info I was given by Glenn and Norm regarding the button gear selector and when I get in Car with brother it has a Stick Gear selector. I was a little perturbed. But, overall it was an easy experience.
