Just bought our 6th Honda from C-R and Ed Blauvelt. A Honda is a Honda, but the people at C-R are unfailingly polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. There's never any let-up in the quality of their service.
I bought my first new car from Joe Riggsbee. He has a great easy going personality and wonderful to work with. Anytime my mother comes in for service on her car she has purchased in 2012 and goes to the show room Joe always greets her, making him the go to person for when I needed to buy a car. He assisted me from beginning to end. He went above and beyond for when there were a few bumps on road on making sure I was able to take my car home with me that same night. I would highly recommend asking for him when you walk in the door.
Scott was great, but I am concerned about the quality of my new Honda. It seems like it is going over bumps even on a level road. I brought to the service tech but he said it was the road. As I continue to drive it and am experiencing continual (was seems like) bumps even on a smooth road, I am concerned that there is something wrong with the car.
Scott Glazer was my salesman. Scott was very polite and helpful. He took time to understand my questions and deliver complete and adequate answers. He suggested alternatives to the vehicle I was interested in. The test drive was informative as I got to see several feature in use the Fit Sport had installed of which I was not aware. Scott was not like other pushy local used car sales staff I dealt with recently and worked with me to get the best deal possible. Overall a painless experience. When I got the Fit home for the first time I was showing it to a friend and the car wouldn't start. After trying the limited number of trick I knew of I called Curtiss-Ryan and they sent a technician within an hour. The tech installed a new battery free of charge and all was well from that time on. I got a free Lojack vehicle recovery system with the car which I was unaware of until I picked up the vehicle. This is normally a $1000 device. Registration of that Lojack service was easy, free and fast. Lastly I had a key made on site that only opens the door in the event I get locked out of the vehicle with the keys inside. This was my first interaction with this dealership and I was very pleased. I worked with Ed Blauvelt, Sales , and Linda Biron, Business Development Manager, for the purchase of this car.
